Rusk County Farmers Market and Rusk County Community Library are teaming up to bring you a series about how to preserve your food! Join us at the Rec Center in Ladysmith to learn about subjects such as freezing, pickling, canning and dehydrating. 

All of the workshops will start at 6:00pm. There is no fee to participate, but there is a suggested donation of $10 for supplies.

Classes are located at the City of Ladysmith Community Rec Center at 624 E 6th Street S, Ladysmith, WI.

June 19: Freezing Fruits & Vegetables

July 17: Homemade Pickles & Relishes

August 21: Canning Salsa Safely

September 18: Canning Wild Game, Poultry & Fish

October 9: Dehydrating
