Highway 8 & 2nd St., Ladysmith
This tour, led by Rusk County Conservationist Nick Stadnyk, will visit three farms that successfully utilize sustainable progressive agriculture practices, such as rotational grazing, no-till planting, cover crops, integrated pest management, and data-driven decision making.
See their animals and talk with farmers about their operations, challenges, and successes. Between stops, view runoff, zoning, and shoreline management issues and successes.
