Vendors

Vendors can only sell products they have grown or produced. All crafts must be made by the seller or a family member. We are always interested in adding new vendors to our lineup. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please contact Kathy at kchalbur@gmail.com.

Vendors can download our Producer Contract to view the rules required of our vendors.

Kid's Produce Bucks

Kid’s Produce Bucks help grow healthy eaters. Kids who participate in the kid’s activity at the market receive a coupon they can use to buy and try any kind of produce they want that is sold at the market. This program is thanks to a bequest from Noreen and Michael Henry.

Market Programs

The Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) provides eligible seniors and WIC participants with booklets of vouchers that can be used to purchase produce and herbs from participating vendors. When used at the Rusk County Farmers Markets, vendors issue a Double Value Coupon that can then be used to purchase any food item sold at the market from any vendor.

The Market Match program is for SNAP customers. Bring your QUEST card to the market attendant for tokens that can be used to purchase eligible foods at the market. The market provides a bonus 50% match to your benefits: $20 of benefits will give you $30 to spend at the market; $50 of benefits yields $75 in tokens.

The FoodRx program is sponsored by OakLeaf Clinics. Talk to your practitioner about healthy eating for better health. Food is medicine and is available at the market “Farmacy”.
